Simi Ninati (Simone Meentzen) experiments with contrasting and juxtaposition of materials, creating unique handmade artworks.

A Graduate of Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design London 1998, her Oeuvre includes textile collages, works on paper and canvas, handmade textiles, site specific photography installations, small sculpture/ objects, an art book and photography. 

At the foundation of her work is an alchemic quest to recognize opposing poles and to bring them into balance with each other...for higher consciousness, inner peace, a silver lining.

Her textiles and artworks are in private collections in Germany and abroad. She participated in group exhibitions in UK, China, Germany, France, USA and Italy. Simi Ninati's latest solo exhibition took place in 2024 at Ö Grafik Dresden Germany.
